Panel Session 3：Employment and Growth of Study Abroad Talents

As the number of Chinese students who studied abroad and are returning to China for employment continues to rise, the employment situation of these overseas Chinese students has attracted significant attention. How foreign universities promote the employment of international students, and the demand from domestic employers for overseas-educated talents are closely related to the employment of returning students. At the same time, the measures taken by domestic universities to promote the employment could serve as a reference. This event will focus on the employment and career development of overseas-educated talents, inviting foreign universities, domestic universities, domestic employers, and representatives of returning students to engage in discussions and exchanges.
