This forum seeks to build a high-level international cooperation platform that convenes leading experts and representatives from government agencies, universities and colleges, research institutions, international media, and industry sectors across China and around the world. Against the backdrop of digital intelligence and globalization, the forum will explore emerging models of cross-border talent cultivation—ranging from short-term study programs to academic credit mutual recognition—and new paradigms of global study abroad education.
