Q1: If you want to change your booth selection after registration, how can you cancel and reselect your booth？

You can contact the staff member who got in touch with you after registration. We will return your order and you can resubmit the relevant registration information later.

Q2: What are the differences between a campus exhibition and a city exhibition?

"Education Fair on Campus" is a special supporting event specially set up for CIEET 2026. Exhibitors can communicate face-to-face with students at four schools in Zhengzhou (April 16th) and Shanghai (April 20th). This event is primarily open to overseas universities.

The City exhibition refers to the CIEET 2026 exhibition held in Beijing, Chengdu, Wuhan and Shanghai (April 19th), with no restrictions on the types of exhibitors.

Q3: Can I choose the booth location？

This exhibition will arrange booths according to the countries/regions where exhibitors are located. Once the booth numbers are confirmed, the staff will notify you of your booth location via email as soon as possible. In principle, the booth locations will be arranged in the order of registration time.

Q4: I hope to have a printed backboard. Are there any suppliers?

After you successfully register for the exhibition through the system, a staff member will communicate with you and confirm your requirements. Subsequently, you can contact the staff of Haima Lingdong Culture Media Co., LTD., the main venue builder of this exhibition, to handle the subsequent matters.

Q5: If I don't sign up now, can I reserve my spot?

If you have not registered in the system, we cannot guarantee your booth and all exhibitor rights.
